I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at POS Professional Office Services (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2018
Interview
Personality and Math assessment
Phone interview with HR
In personal interview with regional VP of sales
Final in person interview with VP of company
Was told that over 120 people had applied for the job and I made it to the 12 for in person with regional VP. Only 2-3 would move on to the final. Based on the make up of the sales force from my research it doesn’t look like there is much of an interest in diversity. Which is why I feel I did not pass on. My qualifications and experience were good enough to do the job well.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at POS Professional Office Services (Des Moines, IA) in May 2018
Interview
Applied online and got an email soon after asking me to complete a personality inventory and a cognitive test. A couple of days later, HR emailed and asked for a phone interview. He then took my information to the Regional Manager who selected me as one he wanted to interview with. He selected 6 overall. Interview went well. Met with both the Regional Manager and the VP of Sales. Very informal interview, more like a conversation. Easy going.
