The interview process was fast, and I received an invitation email within 5 days. I was interviewed for one of their clients. Initially, the COO asked some behavioral questions, and she was very polite, which I appreciated. Then, the CTO asked me about my experience and skills. I explained that in my previous company, I was primarily part of the backend team but had also worked on frontend tasks and completed several full-stack projects independently.
However, the CTO decided to stop the interview early because he believed I didn’t have enough experience in frontend development. The interview, which was supposed to last 45 minutes, ended in just 15 minutes without any technical questions being asked and he mentioned our client needs somebody to know more frontend. I found the process very disappointing and there was different between what they advertised and what they asked, and I felt that my time was not respected.
