      Project Coordinator Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at PRR

      Interview

I applied online, and was contacted three-four weeks later to set up a phone screening with HR. The woman I spoke to was very kind, and asked some very standard questions. At the end of the conversation, she set up an interview at their office for the following week. That interview lasted about one hour, and was with two people on the team the position was for. They were also very nice - the tone of the interview felt fairly casual. Again, the questions were quite standard. They said they would be making a decision the next week. Overall, the experience was positive. My only frustration is that I never heard back one way or the other - I don't think this is at all unique to PRR, but I truly do not understand why it is so difficult for companies to send some sort of formulated email to those who are not being offered the position. But besides that, I don't have any complaints.
