Interview
Applied online- received an invited for an assessment within a couple days. Completed the assessment on 12/19/17 then waited a few days to complete the VI. VI is at the end of the assessment. Was contacted about moving to the next step (F2F) within a week of completing the VI. Attended F2F in Charlotte,NC 1/2018; was made an offer the next day. Will be starting training in a couple weeks. Exciting!
I would stress to anyone- read the reviews on Glassdoor regarding the interview process. Questions were exactly the same as listed on here from different people. Check out the company website and video. Do your own research! PSA was very upfront about the pay, the intense training process, etc.
Recruiters and current FAs present at F2F were very blunt and straight forward (which I loved). They answered all questions asked and really seem to give you the real deal.
Good luck to any of you interviewing! Glassdoor really prepared me so I was not in any way blinded going into the F2F. It was very informative and straight forward.

-What does compliance mean to you?
-How can you convince me that you will be able to live off of the salary we discussed and not leave us in the first year?
-You have a pax with a severe nose bleed and the smoke alarm is going off at the same time. Which do you tend to first?
-Why do you want to work here at PSA?
-Why do you want to leave your current job?
-Why do you want to be a Flight Attendant?
Several other questions, but all were familiar from reading the other reviews on here.

Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Interview
Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
