I filled the paper work out on-line with in two weeks I was contacted to interview for the position of Flight Attendant. Travel responsibility were on me and the will be checking in at the door the time you arrived. This will also determine your partner for the meet and sell this candidate.

Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years if hired here at PSA Airlines?
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
