The whole process was very organized. I applied online and received an email shortly afterwards with the open house information. I only live two hours away so I drove the night before. I would suggest booking the hotel at the same hotel where they're holding the interviews. There were three breaks and it was great to take a break from everything for a bit, as it lasted from 8:30am until about 1. Arrive early for sure to talk to other people. That eased my nerves a bunch. The order you arrive is the order in which you'll answer questions (in front of everyone) so I'm glad I wasn't the very first (or last) to arrive. Attire is important. There were several applicants there dressed inappropriately. Black or navy skirt suit and blouse with closed toe pumps and pantyhose will do. the recruiters were really nice, it seems like a great company to work for. The pay is minimum, but I'm not concerned about the pay. It's also worth noting that this isn't the type of career to choose if you're only concerned about the flight benefits and pay. Just my opinion. Make sure your hair is neat and not too long. I would assume they're looking for men. The few men who were there all made it to the last round. SMILE :) ask questions if you have any. there were a lot of us there so you want to stand out. i made it to the last Round of interviewing where I spoke with one of the recruiters. She asked maybe 5 questions then I moved on to interview with the super sweet and bubbly HR lady. This intervene was different from other airlines bc I felt like the recruiters were genuinely interested in finding quality team members (as opposed to the 'you can't sit with us' attitudes at other airlines). At the end of the interview Tracy said she'd email within two weeks. I received an email four days later! Good luck everyone!
