The interview was good. Initially received an HR call where they asked me about my previous experience and explained about their company. Then followed by In-person Interview, which was taken by the automation eng and Test lead.

Cleared technical round .I had a disappointing experience with the hiring process. Despite passing the initial interview, I've heard nothing about the next round in over a month. Poor communication and follow-up from the team.
First round assesses technical skills.
Second round focuses on managerial capabilities.
HR interview evaluates cultural fit and company policies.
Final stage involves document verification, background checks, and finalizing employment formalities
