Pleasant people, slow process. I interviewed with multiple people in one day after a phone screening interview. Everyone was eager to share information about the job but also asked lots of questions about how I would handle certain situations, including high volume and lots of detail.

How do I handle a fast paced environment with a need to pay attention to details
Interview process was about two weeks long, panel of three people. Questions are behavioral based and how you handle situations. Gave detailed answers back. A a time that you had to deal with the angry customer and how did you handle the situation?

A time that you had to collaborate with others or come up with something that you’ve never done before and what was the outcome
Went to the 3rd interview and was not offered the job, would like to hopefully try again. Lynchburg location is where I would love to start. Hopefully it will work out if I ever apply again

Interview
The first interview was a 30 minute phone interview. They sent email the next day and said would like to call me back for a second interview 2 weeks later. First part of second interview was with a lady over the webcam from California and the second part was with HR and supervisor. Received call back a week later saying didn’t get the job.
