The initial atmosphere is friendly and interviews are conducted by the same management you will be working with if you get the job, all employees are given a 1 on 1 interview after their application is reviewed. This interview is not standardized, it consists of a casual conversation, you will answer some generic questions then go wherever the conversation takes you. People have discussed video games, travel, sports, hobbies, various common conversational topics. After the interview you will be given the impression that you are hired, now you do your background test, drug test, DPSST certification and MOD training. They hire *almost* everyone, your actual employment is conditional on passing these tests. In some cases the company has used people before completion of these tests and suffered legal stress and loss of quality because of it.
