Overall, everyone I met with was very nice and welcoming. The interview consisted of very direct questions asking about previous experience and future goals etc. Make sure you come prepared to the interview and have taken one last look at the job description to ensure a clear understanding of what you are walking into.

Met with three different managers. Went well, easy questions, never was too intimidated. They are a very traditional agency with lots of expansion opportunities in the future. I would recommend this agency to any potential client or future employee.

Interview
Standard interview with two members of the team and a separate one with the SVP. I had to wait in the lobby for a bit, so the interview started a bit later than expected. Everyone was friendly and professional, and thoroughly went over my resume. There was also an excel assessment at the end of the interview that I took at a desk by myself. It wasn't timed or monitored.
