Initial phone screening and then a series of tests. Recruiters seemed kind and responsive at first, but then stopped responding to emails and provided no updates. Given the time dedicated to the process beyond the initial application, it would have been nice to have received an update or a rejection note. I followed up by email after the interview and never heard back.
