Very straight forward and reasonable. It is designed to test basic knowledge and motor function directly relevant to the job. Your personality, communication, and ability to interface with a variety of customers will be evaluated.

Describe or define a metric for the following situation.
Contacted after submitting resume and cover lever via indeed.com. From there, was given an interview that included a tour of the manufacturing area. Very nice work space, and generally friendly people in a professional environment. Interview was one on one with the hiring manager who asked general questions, such as what aspects of engineering do you enjoy.
