3 person interview panel with alot of questions about policy and procedure. Then if selected you have a physical and polygraph. Was offered job and eventually left due to on the job stress. No outside life and its a very negative work envoriment. I worked for the VADOC first and was tired of the staff there but at Pamunkey others mistakes will fall onto you
