Received a call from a recruiter after applying on their website. Had a phone screen, phone interview, and on-site interview. The on-site interview consisted of a presentation followed by Q&A.

Question 1
The phone interview consisted of self-description and HR-type questions. The on-site panel consisted of open-ended engineering questions and basic technical questions.
Very technical, many questions about SPC, process improvement and automation. Good experience overall.

Interview
The initial process was a phone screen, followed by a flight down for an in-person interview at the Tesla/Panasonic gigafactory. The in-person interview was with a panel, first a presentation, then followed by questions for approximately one hour.
