I applied in-person. I interviewed at Panda Express (Laredo, TX) in Dec 2017
Interview
Arrived at 10:30am. Went it. Asked for manager. Sat down. Then i was asked for experience and if i was willing to work on the grill cut ingredients and be called for orders.
(like if they need more rice or a certain type of meat they will call out and you have to cook it. etc)
I said yeah no problem i need a job. Then i was told some other manager would contact me for a 2nd interview if i were to proceed with the job. (Then I'm guessing a third interview lol)
(It's been 2 weeks. So far. Nothing. No call for a 2nd interview)
(What is it with Laredo and restaurants? lol I guess they want someone with a phd degree working on grill lol)
Kinda of majorly disappointed (pissed i guess you should say) because that Panda Express was like real close to where i live. It would have been cool to have a job that close to home. Ah. Well. Let the job hunting continue!
Hope my interview experience helps you guys!
