Multi stage process (perhaps too many stages)
The Task involved some market research - this is where I fell short and didn't show enough understanding of the market despite the task requiring a 4 hour time limit.
During the presentation of the task, there were 5 people on the call. A couple of them didn't participate when I had questions for them, which was strange but perhaps we didn't have enough time. Many people were also 10 mins late, so not a great last stage of my process unfortunately. They didn't request feedback from me, so posting here for clarity to other potential candidates.
1st stage - Talent Acquisition screener
2nd stage - Hiring Manager interview
3rd stage (Pt 1) - Peer interview (Product Designer)
3rd stage (Pt 2) - Peer interview (Lead Software Engineer)
4th stage - Task and Panel interview
