I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PandoLogic (New York, NY) in Apr 2021
Interview
Very strange interview. The interviewer was a talent acquisition rep, and she started off with the usual, "So, tell me about yourself," but then she smirked at me and rolled her eyes while I was talking. That really encapsulates the tone of the whole conversation. It was like she wanted me to see her and the company as Very Impressive and wanted me to feel very small and inferior. Is negging an interview technique now?! I went into the interview with a ton of enthusiasm about the company and excitement for the role, but the interview itself seemed like a red flag about the workplace culture.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PandoLogic in Mar 2022
