I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Las Vegas, NV) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview was very laid-back and stress-free. If you meet the requirements you'll be asked back for a second interview with the General Manager of that Panera. Both interviews were very calm and felt almost as if you were meeting with an old friend. Both interviews held the same objective of getting to know you as a person.

Interview
Short yet straight forward. Several questions were asked about previous work history and how well I worked with others, how I performed under pressure and responded to a difficult situations. The whole process, application submission and interview, took about a week with no hiccups to speak of which is saying a lot considering I was a part of a grand opening.
