I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Roanoke, VA) in Sept 2016
Interview
I submitted an online application and received a call within a few days. I was invited in during open interviews. They didn't ask me much, just general information. Where I went to school, my work experience, my availability. I was hired on the spot. I was told I was hired as a chasier, but they actually put me on the line, which I would not have accepted if I had known.
The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.
