Interview
Applied first online. Was called in to interview with regional manager, I then immediately had an interview with the store manager. Others were also interviewing. I was asked multiple questions as to why i chose Panera. Do I see myself long term with the company. If the night time postion would be an issue for me. I applied for Part Time, but they are looking for someone more full time. I stated I'd love to work full time, if the scheduling works out.
