1. Call from hr,
2. Short test assessment, 2-3 hours is enough to solve
3. Tech interview.
4. Another semi-tech interview with leads.
5. Final interview with HR.
Everything took less than 2 weeks and there was a quick feedback after each step.
Two-stage technical process: First, a take-home task involving a REST service and JSON utility. Second, a high-scrutiny interview focused on a line-by-line defense of your code logic and what could've been improved
