The process was divided in 3 parts. A general interview, a test and a Behavioral Interview. They are really nice and understanding, even when you're not from Europe and English is not your first language. The process took about 1 month. They answered my application in about two weeks. So the whole thing took about 1 month and a half. I think they are very interested in people who are in touch with their games and RTS games in general.
