The interview process was lengthy but for good reason. The company puts a lot of value on its people and makes sure that candidates have an opportunity to meet with several key stakeholders. I was very impressed with the degree of care and attention put into every step of the application and interview process. I received direct, personal attention from the VP of Client Development and Legal Affairs at every stage of the process and she did an outstanding job ok keeping me informed, particularly when there were a couple of snags in scheduling. Everyone I met with at the company (seven in all) was cordial and genuinely engaged in the interview process. Each and every one of them responded personally to the post-interview thank you emails I sent. Clearly I am disappointed not to have received an offer, but I am certain that I participated in a fair and professionally-managed process.
