I applied online and got a call later that afternoon regarding my application. They asked me if I was looking for part time or full time work. I told them I am flexible and they called me in for an interview. Smooth process.
They will ask few questions regarding your previous experience like how many years of experience you have and what was the job responsibilities you were assigned .they check your confidence level as you might be having interaction with other people on site
