Parallel Marketing interview questions

Throughout the process, I had three job interviews. Each interview were with another candidate applying for the job. Most interviews aren't group interviews right off the bat. Most of the questions were all surface level. This company does not care what credentials/experience you have. They just want you to fall for their company thats a pyramid scheme. I don't recommend this company at all. Extremely unprofessional and impossible to get any information. They offered me a job and gave me no information about training, etc. They also don't do job offers. RED FLAG. Save your time!!

This interview was a horrible experience for me. First off, the interviewer spoke politics to me, and exposed many personal things based off seeing I studied Political Science in college, which I felt had no relevance to the job. They made things awkward. They also never gave me a moment to speak about myself. They gave the company spiel then asked if I'd be interested in joining. I asked if they could tell me more regarding my position and they informed me they did not even know what I was applying for and ignored the question when I asked, "So, I'd be randomly placed?" It was not an interview at all. I do not recommend a company that would not even give me a chance to speak on and for myself in the interview process.
