Had two on site interviews each time with two employees interviewing me. I had a first interview and waited two weeks for the second interview. Got a generic rejection email a week after the second interview.

Pretty straightforward and simple, went into the office and interviewed with three members of the accounting team. They didn't ask any questions that were too technical. It seemed that they just wanted to get a feel for how your personality would fit in with the team-which is not a bad thing!
