Applied through career website, then got contacted 2 weeks later to schedule a phone interview. After that I had an interview with the CEO and COO. It was not easy but they were nice people.

Interview
First I had a thirty minute phone interview. Then the next week they emailed me to invite me to Jacksonville for a second round interview. Was interviewed by a group of 4 managers for about thirty to fourty minutes. After the interview I was taken to lunch by two manager trainees. After returning from lunch the two trainees gave me a tour of the building.
