I first interviewed with a manager that is no longer with the company. He was very professional and almost intimidating because of his corporate style. After that interview I had to interview with the person that would be my direct manager. He was much more laid back and more show showed me how to do the job and just had a low key interview. I have been told that now they put you threw 4 interviews before you even hear if you have the job.
