Paramount Global interview questions

Staffing Agency contacted me first. This company is packaging such as bottles, glass bottles, hot sauce bottles etc. At first, their offer was less than I was asking for but eventually my staffing agency was able to negotiate a higher salary. The first set of interviews was virtual with reporting manager and then with VP of sales. Lastly, a final interview in person where they made a job offer on the spot.

The interview process was fairly straightforward. A series of video calls, ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with the direct hiring manager, as well as three other conversations with Director and VP-level executives.
