I applied online. A couple of days later, I got an email from HR asking to schedule a phone interview. They then directed me to a department that matched my skill set. Met with the hiring manager and got an offer about a week later. Super straight forward.
I applied for the program. After applying I received an interview update. I was interviewed with general questions before being taken to interview with the hiring manager. It was a pleasant experience
The interview process was very smooth and each of the interviewers I spoke to were friendly and encouraging. I had a great experience and would highly recommend applying for Paramount's internships.
