Interviewer had lack of eye contact and seemed very disinterested the moment he sat down. A few condescending remarks with rude tone were made including “hmm..you don’t have much experience”. Perhaps there was no coordination between HR and department director. A company should look at applicant’s resume thoroughly , to Ensure applicants experience is up to their standards. Not to waste both applicant and company’s time. Lack of consistency and communication between different departments on minimum standards for experience.
Place is far at Tuas, but accessible by public transport.
