Did first round interview, still waiting to hear next steps. It was not a hard interview, they just had me speak with a senior associate and she had me tell her about myself and describe my interests.

Interview
Initial phone call with one of the managing partners. Then an invitation to have a skype interview with the same managing partner. Third round was interviewing with an entire team you might work with. (ranges from Research Associate, Associate, Search Coordinator, Managing Partner, and Partner)
I applied online through the website of the company. I had a phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. Very typical and standard questions were asked, the interviewer didn't seem particularly enthusiastic though.
