CV, Cover letter... the usual initial application step, then a first screening interview (20-30mins) with an HR employee to see if you have the required qualifications (i.e. what degree you are studying, which university, why do you want to work for Meggitt, why this particular program...), then second telephone interview with a current graduate in the program more technical and focused on behavioural questions. Finally, the last stage is the assessment center which was composed of 3x1h interviews with the head of HR, head of Technology and head of Strategy. The interviews with head of HR and strategy were more focused on our CVs, our motivations and behavioural questions whereas the interview with head of technology was more focused on technical knowledge and ability to think about a new difficult problem. After the day, we had a diner with both the assessors and current graduates and I was impressed by how happy the current graduates are and the healthiness and friendliness of the relationships between the graduates and the management team. However I found the communications and organisation during the application process quite poor.
