Simple quick easy friendly as they are looking to see how you interact with strangers/guests....way to detailed all I wanted was to get access to see the salary range for another organization

What would you do if someone refused to pay their entry permit.
Interview via Zoom with two interviewers taking turns asking questions. The whole interview took under 30 minutes. They asked 5 questions, mainly pertaining to different customer service type scenarios such as how would you handle a difficult customer and how would you deal with large crowds during a busy rush.
