Interview
I applied online, and was quickly summoned for an onsite interview, 300km from where I live. Once there I introduced myself for about an hour. Then, they didn't have time to answer my questions, nor where they able to reimburse my travel expense. This was definitely the least serious interview I have ever attended to.

Interview
The interview process in general made very little sense. The company seemed poorly prepared and they couldn't even clearly explain how the role fitted in their overall effort.
My personal favorite quote "we don't use requirements because we're always trying to push the boundaries", that's when I knew my time would be better spent elsewhere.
