I was called to come into the office for an interview for a recruiting position. I sat down with three people from management to discuss myself and the position. It was professional but very relaxed, they made me feel very comfortable. I chatted with them for about 40 minutes before I left.

Interview
Very brief, short conversation about what I've done in the past, what I want to do, etc. No hardball questions, no talk of money. Met with the owner, she told me what she was looking for which was basically someone who was good on the phone, good with sales, that sort of thing. Didn't show me around the place, when I left I had no idea how well I did or if I was in consideration for the job. That was about it, very short.
