      HR Specialist Interview

      16 Apr 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Parts Town

      Interview

Went through five total interviews including a phone screen, for an entry level HR role. The process took about one month and two weeks. After the final interview, I was told they were passing. I decided before then, I no longer was interested in the position after learning it really wasn't HR related at all, and meeting a personality that did not match the culture they live and breathe. It was still frustrating to know about five hours of my time had been wasted unnecessarily. I sent a nice email suggesting tightening and consolidation of the interview process. There were times where two interviews could become one, by way of a panel. Expect a long, drawn out interviewing process if you choose to apply for a corporate role here.
