Interview process consisted of 3 stages, first a phone interview, secondly I met members of the SMT and the third was presenting a strategy deck based on a client brief. The interview process was quick and clear- from applying to accepting the job offer was around 2 weeks.

Questioned varied from my experience, what I am looking for in my next role, how I would deal with certain scenarios and what I thought I could bring to Passion's client service team. I found that they also asked me about myself on a personal level, to ensure I was a cultural fit too.
