1st Interview was a "group" interview over zoom. Was weird to interview with other prospective candidates. 2. Interview was a one on one. Still over zoom. With the pandemic in full swing, this is the way of it.

Virtual interview then in-person interview. Pretty straightforward. Interestingly one of the assistant managers on the virtual call who interviewed, and I believe was instrumental in hiring me had already moved on to another job by the time I started at the store. I suppose that’s the nature of retail- a lot of changes, all the time.
