Long interview process for the position. Need to write an email response to a mock question, record a 5 minute video explaining a topic ypu enjoy, and then have an interview where you role play and then answer several company questions.

I absolutely hated their interview process. My initial interview was with a different recruiter from who emailed me after I applied. I’ve never had that happen before so it was definitely unexpected. The recruiter I spoke with was very nice but it was a very intense first interview without any warning and it felt very rushed. The next step was a sample video at least 5 minutes and 2 writing samples. This took around 2-3 hours to complete since you have to create the presentation and go through their whole FAQ page to anger the writing prompts. It was so unnecessary because they then had you do another role play in the final round. They have no feedback whatsoever and the final email was a very basic template that again, gave no feedback. The final round of interviews was an hour and a half long and left 2 minutes at the end for questions. It’s not right for the candidate to have no time for questions when they get question after question for 90 minutes straight. They need to be more respectful of candidates time. I understand they have many applicants but we also have many other interviews to complete.
