Sketchy. 1st they tell you the job you applied for isn't available even though it's posted on every Job Site. Then they try to steer you to a low level high turn-over role. Then management discloses that the Verticals on their website don't exist as they don't want to chase that business segment. This is clearly a DEI ran disaster. It's a shame when big companies have zero leadership skills and have their sites solely set on bureaucracy and score keeping. That will never foster organic growth. This is precisely why their attrition rate is so high.
