30 minute intro with recruiter discussing background + projects + expectations for the next role. Took the whole weekend to send out a rejection. Felt like a waste of time when I have 10 years of experience and didn't want to give me a chance with the technical

It was good at first but multiple times issues with scheduling & rescheduling. It was straightforward process but lacked depth throughout the rounds. It was total of 4 rounds of interviewing.
