The process was not frightening. As I was sitting in the lobby, the owner of the company came out to me and cracked a few jokes, letting me know that this is a fun and relaxed, yet serious company. Then, the HR Director came out and introduced himself. He asked me about my relevant experiences and explained the company mission. Both of them made me feel like family.
