Getting to know my skills in Adobe Photoshop and asking how comfortable I am working with a specific style. Going over my portfolio and asking me to give a brief description on each work.

They started with a position description and asked me about my salary expectations, they then provided a test (not paid). After that it became a job of mine to seek for their response, they simply ghosted me for months. I think that's pretty disrespectful especially because it's an unpaid test. I would've expected at least a response on how I did on the test.
