The recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn, I agreed to talk about the role so I sent my CV and she called me. The call was around 20 minutes long and she asked about my experience and did a simple screening. She asked me in details about my current interviews I had ongoing (like the exact description of the position, the contract they’re offering me), and asked if I’d go to a company I was being interviewed by if they offered me a job. She said she will send me an email with a quick form to fill right after our call but she never did. And she stopped replying to my LI messages. Weird.
