Two rounds: first, a screening with the recruiter. Second, an interview with the Controller and both the accounting supervisors. In the screening, the recruiter was exceptionally friendly and didn't give the impression he is the type to psychoanalyze inconsequential details in your resume/answers. The second interview was in their office. The Controller and two supervisors expressed a positive view on the company culture and details around the role. The interview tone was a solid balance of friendly and professional. They only took three days to get back, and the whole process was well organized.
