The HR lady I spoke to was genuinely lovely and made the whole process feel positive at first. But when it came to the interview with the Chief Executive at Crystal Palace (head office) the vibe completely changed. He barely acknowledged me, didn’t smile, didn’t make eye contact, and acted like he had somewhere better to be. The whole thing felt rushed and dismissive, and it honestly put me off the job straight away. I also couldn’t help noticing the team was not diverse at all, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable.
