Pelican Auto Finance interview questions

About a 45 minute telephone screening with HR where they ask the standard questions--no surprises. A week later there is a telephone interview with a Sales Manager where they drop the bomb on you: We don't trust you so you are tracked with a GPS unit to make sure you make 10 calls a day. We don't want 10 deals a day--we could care less about increasing our business--we want 10 calls a day. They need to mention this on job description; it would save a LOT OF TIME!
