Interview
The interviewers were anxious to hire but also were anxious to tell of own accomplishments. They seemed defensive, like they want you in the club but want you to know they are better than you. This is not a prestigious campus but there is an arrogance factor that is strong.

I know my subject area well and answered questions easily. Questions about professional collaboration were difficult because I believed the people in the interview were competing with each other and any answer I gave would be the wrong answer.
