Very basic interview process. Mostly a “get to know you” kind of process and made in order to see if you are a good fit for the job. It’s an interview made for an “entry level” kind of job for kids in high school or college.

Went over previous work history. If you fit their company. Willingness to work. How often you can work. If you have health issues. Can you stand long period of times

Turned in an application in person. Then had an interview two days later and was hired on the spot. Started two days after that. Very easy interview process. Not room for negotiation however with your pay. You take what you can get.
